Shefa Trading Limited is committed to providing high-quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy.

• Eligibility for Returns:
  You have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt in accordance with UK consumer protection laws. The item(s) must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
• How to Initiate a Return:
  To begin the return process, please email our customer service team at sales@shefa-trading.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).
• Shipping Costs for Returns:
  Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
• Refund Process:
  Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
